What is the composoition of PPM?
The active ingredients are 5-chloro-2-methyl- 3(2H)-isothiazolone and 2-methyl-3(2H)- isothiazolone.
Plant preservation mixes can be used to prevent future contamination as well as fo removing existing agrobacterias or other living contaminants.
Add PPM before autoclaving because it is heat-resistant or after sterilization to preserve the media and prevent from future contamination.
