Mouse IL-10(Interleukin 10) ELISA Kit Basic Information 

Feiyue's Mouse IL-10 is an ELISA reagent for detection of IL-10 antibody, plasma or cell with sensitivity, specificity and consistency.

Mouse IL-10(Interleukin 10) Introduction

IL-10 is an anti-inflammatory cytokine. IL-10 signals through a receptor complex consisting of two IL-10 receptor-1 and two IL-10 receptor-2 proteins. Consequently, the functional receptor consists of four IL-10 receptor molecules. IL-10 binding induces STAT3 signalling via the phosphorylation of the cytoplasmic tails of IL-10 receptor 1 + IL-10 receptor 2 by JAK1 and Tyk2 respectively. The IL-10 protein is a homodimer; each of its subunits is 178-amino-acid long. IL-10 is classified as a class-2 cytokine, a set of cytokines including IL-19, IL-20, IL-22, IL-24 (Mda-7), IL-26 and interferons type-I (IFN-alpha, -beta, -epsilon, -kappa, -omega), type-II (IFN-gamma) and type-III.

Mouse IL-10(Interleukin 10) ELISA Kit Test Method

This kit uses sandwich ELISA to detect the concentration of Mouse IL-10.

Mouse IL-10-specific monoclonal antibody has been pre-coated in the wells of the supplied microplate. Standards samples and controls are added to interact with the immobilized antibody. A sandwich complex is formed by additional anti-Mouse IL-10 antibody with HRP-Streptavidin. TMB solution is added to react with the sandwich for ming optical signal measured by microplate reader. The concentration of Mouse IL-10 in the sample can be calculated by comparing the absorbance of the sample with the standard curve.
