Creative Biogene Human CoronaVirus(HCoV-OC43) Real Time RT-PCR Kitis used for the detection of Human Coronavirus in respiratory secretions, sputum, gargle or PBMC from non-heparin anticoagulation by using real time PCR systems. Coronaviruses are species of virus belonging to the subfamily Coronavirinae in the family Coronaviridae, in the order Nidovirales. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Human Coronavirus. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
