Intended Use

Nucleic Acid Extraction or Purification Kit utilizes magnetic particle technology for automated isolation and purification of viral nucleic acids and bacterial DNA from virus, bacterial or human blood. The product is intended to be used by professional users, such as technicians and physicians who are trained in molecular biological techniques. The Nucleic Acid Extraction or Purification Kit is intended for in vitro diagnostic use.

 

Testing Principle

The clinical samples containing target nucleic acid have their cells or virus particles cracked by lysis buffer to release nucleic acid. Subsequently, the nuclide acid of high purity is obtained in the process of washing and elution considering that silica magnetic beads could combine with and release nucleic acid.
