UnScience antigen IgG IgM Test kit

Rapid antigen test for qualitative detection of coronavirus antigen. Taking a sample from the front of the nose and / or the back of the oral cavity.

Testing is performed by taking a sample from the front of the nose or the back of the oral cavity.

The test is in accordance with the list by the Ministry of Health, is allowed to be used for self-testing and is reimbursed - therefore suitable for testing companies.

Sampling: Ensure adequate protection during sampling and avoid direct contact with the sample. In case of accidental contact, disinfection should be carried out in good time and the necessary measures taken.

Nasal swab: During sampling, the swab head should be fully inserted into the nostril and rotated gently 5 times. Then take a sample with the same swab from the other nostril in the same way to ensure a sufficient amount of sample.

Nasopharyngeal swab specimen: Slightly tilt the patient's head 45-70 degrees during sampling. Insert the swab head through the nostril to a depth corresponding to the distance from the nostrils to the ear, gently turn 5 times and leave in place for 3 seconds to absorb the secretions. After sampling, slowly remove the rod by rotating it.

Sample storage: After sampling, perform the test within 1 hour. Allow the sample to reach room temperature before testing.

Test Kit Contents

• Test Reagent: 1 test, each test consisting of a test cassette and a desiccant. The cassette consists of a test strip and a test strip shell
• The test strip consists of a sample pad and a colloidal gold bonding pad, a nitrocellulose membrane and a goat anti mouse IgG (line C), a lining and an absorbent pad.
