CHEM(Chemerin) Introduction

Chemerin, also known as retinoic acid receptor responder protein 2 (RARRES2), tazarotene-induced gene 2 protein (TIG2), or RAR-responsive protein TIG2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RARRES2 gene.

Human CHEM(Chemerin) ELISA Kit Test method

This kit uses sandwich ELISA to detect the concentration of CHEM(Chemerin).CHEM(Chemerin)-specific monoclonal antibody has been pre-coated in the wells of the supplied microplate.Standards samples and controls are added to interact with the immobilized antibody. A sandwich complex is formed by additional CHEM(Chemerin) antibody with HRP-Streptavidin.TMB solution is added to react with the sandwich forming optical signal measured by microplate reader.The concentration of CHEM(Chemerin) in the sample can be calculated by comparing the absorbance of the sample with the standard curve.
