CHO|ONE A is a cultivation or adaptation medium for recombinant CHO cells in small-scale shaker bottles or spinner flasks. Lacking certain metabolites, CHO|ONE A exerts a strong selection pressure on the cells.

This special formulation of CHO media simplifies and shortens the time-consuming adaptation to fed-batch culture. CHO|ONE A comes without Insulin & without L-Glutamine and is supplemented with Pluronic™.

CHO|ONE A is part of the CHO|ONE Media System™, which contains all media and supplements necessary for the growth of CHO cells in batch or fed-batch processes. The CHO|ONE Media System™ was invented for small- and large-scale protein production.
