How It Works
- The polymeric transfection reagent associates with the selected nucleic acid.
- The resulting delivery complex supports nucleic acid transport into cells.
- The reagent's anti-enzymatic degradation mechanism is designed to help protect nucleic acids during intracellular delivery.
- Protected nucleic acids can then support downstream gene research applications.
Transfection conditions should be optimized according to the nucleic acid type, cell type and experimental workflow.
